Rubber Caps
Passive covers for insulation and environmental protection
Rubber caps protect joints, connectors, sensors, or terminals from dust, liquids, and impacts. Unlike bellows, caps are generally used in applications with limited or no movement, offering excellent insulating barriers.
They can be made as:
• Dome-shaped, for full closure
• Bell-shaped, with a through-hole
• With rigid inserts or locking threads
Compounds are chosen based on the application: automotive, medical, electronics, or outdoor use.
